Statute 616a 475

1. Every self-insured employer, association of self-insured public or private employers or private carrier shall furnish to the Administrator, upon request, all information required to carry out the purposes of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, or chapter 617 of NRS. The Administrator or any person employed by the Administrator for that purpose, may examine, under oath, any employer or officer, agent or employee thereof. 2. Every insured employer shall keep on hand constantly a sufficient supply of blank forms furnished by the insurer.
