Statute 616b 777

1. Within 30 days after receipt of a written grievance from an employer pursuant to NRS 616B.772 and not less than 10 days before the hearing on such grievance, the Appeals Panel shall provide written notice to the employer, the employer’s insurer and the advisory organization of the date and place of the hearing. 2. A decision on a grievance must be issued pursuant to NRS 616B.785 within 30 days after the hearing. (Added to NRS by 1999, 3379; A 2001, 2256)
