Statute 616c 055

1. The insurer may not, in accepting responsibility for any charges, use fee schedules which unfairly discriminate among physicians and chiropractic physicians. 2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 616C.087, if a physician or chiropractic physician is removed from the panel established pursuant to NRS 616C.090 or from participation in a plan for managed care established pursuant to NRS 616B.527, the physician or chiropractic physician, as applicable, must not be paid for any services rendered to the injured employee after the date of the removal.
