Statute 616c 092

1. The Administrator shall, not later than 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter, publish and make publicly available on the Internet website of the Division a report containing: (a) The name of each rating physician or chiropractic physician, listed in alphabetical order by last name, who conducted an examination or evaluation on an injured employee pursuant to NRS 616C.100, 616C.145, 616C.330, 616C.360 or 616C.490 in the immediately preceding calendar quarter; and (b) For each rating physician or chiropractic physician identified pursuant to paragraph (a), the number of examinations or evaluations that were conducted by the rating physician or chiropractic physician as a result of: (1) The selection of the rating physician or chiropractic physician at random from the list of qualified physicians and chiropractic physicians maintained by the Administrator pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 616C.490; and (2) An agreement by an insurer and an injured employee. 2. The Administrator shall retain an archive of each report published pursuant to subsection 1 which is accessible by the public. (Added to NRS by 2023, 3616)
