Statute 616c 707

An insurer that did not originally accept a claim as a claim for a catastrophic injury shall designate the claim as a claim for a catastrophic injury if at any time after the claim is accepted the injury satisfies the requirements for a catastrophic injury. (Added to NRS by 2011, 718)
