Statute 616d 320

1. An employer shall not knowingly offer employment or continue to employ a person who is receiving payments for a temporary total disability in violation of the provisions of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, or chapter 617 of NRS or NRS 281.390. 2. An employer who is convicted of violating the provisions of subsection 1 is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1995, 1872; A 1999, 230)
