Statute 616d 560

The Administrator and the Fraud Control Unit for Industrial Insurance established pursuant to NRS 228.420 shall establish procedures to ensure that: 1. The Administrator, in accordance with the established procedures, reports to the Unit violations of the provisions of NRS 616D.200, 616D.220, 616D.240, 616D.300, 616D.310 or 616D.350 to 616D.440, inclusive, of which the Administrator becomes aware; 2. For the purposes of NRS 616D.120, the Unit notifies the Administrator in a timely manner whether the Unit will prosecute a person who has violated the provisions of NRS 616D.200, 616D.220, 616D.240, 616D.300, 616D.310 or 616D.350 to 616D.440, inclusive; and 3. The Administrator and the Unit share other information of which they are aware relating to violations of the provisions of NRS 616D.200, 616D.220, 616D.240, 616D.300, 616D.310 or 616D.350 to 616D.440, inclusive.
