1. Each state agency and local government shall establish and maintain an effective and comprehensive occupational safety and health program consistent with the provisions promulgated under this chapter. 2. The state and local governments shall provide their employees with conditions of employment consistent with the objectives of this chapter, and comply with standards developed under NRS 618.295.
