Statute 618 715

Each violation of any provision of this chapter, or any part or portion thereof, is a separate and distinct offense, and in the case of a violation continuing past the abatement date, each day’s continuance thereof constitutes a separate and distinct offense. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1023)
