1. To renew a license, a person must, on or before January 1 of each year: (a) Apply to the Division for renewal; (b) Submit the statement required pursuant to NRS 618.801; (c) Pay the annual fee for renewal set by the Division; and (d) Submit evidence satisfactory to the Division of the person’s completion of the requirements for continuing education or training established by the Division, if any. 2. The Division may adopt regulations requiring continuing education or training of the licensees in any occupation and, as a prerequisite to the renewal or restoration of a license, require each licensee to comply with those requirements.
