Statute 622 060

'Regulatory body' means: 1. Any state agency, board or commission which has the authority to regulate an occupation or profession pursuant to this title; and 2. Any officer of a state agency, board or commission which has the authority to regulate an occupation or profession pursuant to this title. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1185, 3416; A 2005, 752; 2021, 1589)
