1. 'Contested case' and 'case' have the meaning ascribed to 'contested case' in NRS 233B.032. 2. A final decision of a regulatory body approving or denying an application for issuance or renewal of a license is not a contested case for the purposes of this chapter. (Added to NRS by 2005, 743)
