1. If any person refuses to obey a subpoena issued by the Board, the Board may present a petition to the district court of the county in which such person resides, setting forth the facts, and thereupon the court, in a proper case, shall issue its subpoena to such person requiring his or her attendance before the court to testify or to produce books, papers and documents. 2. Any person failing or refusing to obey the subpoena of a district court may be proceeded against in the same manner as for a refusal to obey any other order of the court. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1696)
