The Board may: 1. Employ and fix the compensation for legal counsel, inspectors, special agents, investigators and clerical personnel necessary to the discharge of its duties; and 2. Reimburse an employee specified in subsection 1 for any actual expenses incurred by the employee while acting on behalf of the Board. (Added to NRS by 1975, 1466; A 2001, 504)
