The Board shall: 1. Adopt an official seal. 2. Administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. 3. Adopt regulations for the administration of this chapter. 4. Administer and conduct comprehensive examinations of applicants, which must test the applicant’s fitness to engage in the practice of landscape architecture.
