In a manner consistent with the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS, the Board may: 1. Grant or refuse certificates after examination and revoke or suspend a certificate or take any other disciplinary action set forth in NRS 623A.270 for any of the causes specified in this chapter. 2. Take depositions and issue subpoenas for the purpose of any hearing authorized by this chapter. 3. Establish reasonable educational requirements for applicants. 4. Establish requirements for approval of schools of landscape architecture. (Added to NRS by 1975, 1466; A 1981, 97; 1995, 1050; 2005, 755)
