Statute 623a 210

If a certificate of registration has not been renewed within 3 years after its expiration, the holder of the certificate of registration may apply for and obtain a new certificate of registration if he or she: 1. Is otherwise eligible; 2. Pays all fees required by this chapter; 3. Passes an examination administered or approved by the Board; and 4. Establishes to the satisfaction of the Board that he or she is qualified to practice landscape architecture. (Added to NRS by 1975, 1467; A 1995, 1051; 2001, 508)
