1. A holder of a certificate of registration shall notify the Executive Director in writing of any change of address of his or her business or residence and if the certificate of registration has been lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated. 2. The Executive Director shall issue a duplicate certificate of registration in accordance with regulations established by the Board upon application and payment of the fee for replacement of a certificate of registration prescribed by the Board pursuant to the provisions of NRS 623A.240.
