1. The Board, any member of the Board or any other person who becomes aware that any one or more of the grounds for initiating disciplinary action may exist as to a holder of a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern may file a complaint specifying the relative facts with the Executive Director of the Board. 2.
