1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a complaint must not be filed against the holder of a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern if 2 years or more have elapsed since the occurrence of the act or omission alleged as the ground for disciplinary action. 2. If the act or omission alleges fraud or misrepresentation, the complaint must be filed within 2 years after the discovery of the fraud or misrepresentation. (Added to NRS by 1975, 1469; A 2001, 513)
