Any person who: 1. Violates any of the provisions of this chapter; 2. Having had his or her certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern suspended or revoked, continues to solicit business or otherwise represent himself or herself as a landscape architect or landscape architect intern; 3. Engages in the practice of landscape architecture without holding a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern; or 4. Uses the title or term 'landscape architect,' 'landscape designer,' 'landscape consultant,' 'landscape draftsman' or 'landscape architect intern,' or any other title or term indicating or implying that the person is a landscape architect or landscape architect intern, in any sign, card, listing, advertisement or in any other manner without holding a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
