Statute 624 105

1. The Board shall designate an employee as Ombudsman for Residential Pools and Spas. 2. The Ombudsman for Residential Pools and Spas shall: (a) Assist owners of single-family residences and contractors to understand their rights and responsibilities as set forth in NRS 624.900 to 624.965, inclusive, and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto. (b) Notify the Board if it appears that any person has engaged in any act or practice that constitutes a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
