1. Any process issued by the Board or the Executive Officer may extend to all parts of the State and may be served by an investigator for the Board or any person authorized to serve process of courts of record. 2. The Board may compensate any person serving the process who is not an investigator for the Board, but not more than the fees prescribed by law for similar service.
