Except as otherwise provided in subsection 4 of NRS 118B.090 or subsection 2 of 118B.097, a contractor’s license issued pursuant to this chapter does not authorize a contractor to construct or repair a mobile home, manufactured home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing.
