If a member of the Board becomes aware that any one or a combination of the grounds for initiating disciplinary action may exist as to a contractor in this State, the member of the Board may inform the Executive Officer of the Board of the allegations. The Executive Officer, upon receiving such information, shall take such actions as he or she deems appropriate under the circumstances. (Added to NRS by 1995, 926; A 1999, 2962)
