Statute 624 305

1. No license may be used for any purpose by any person other than the person to whom such license is issued, and no license may be assigned, transferred or otherwise disposed of to permit the unauthorized use thereof. 2. The license of any person who violates any provision of this section shall be automatically cancelled and revoked. (Added to NRS by 1959, 868)
