1. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person other than an applicant for a contractor’s license who takes an examination of the Board on behalf of the applicant, is guilty of a misdemeanor. 2. Any person who, without the authorization of the Board, provides any portion of an examination of the Board to another person, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1999, 2954)
