Statute 624 800

For any violation of the provisions of NRS 624.005 to 624.750, inclusive, that is punishable as a misdemeanor, an indictment must be found, or an information or complaint filed, within 2 years after the commission of the offense. (Added to NRS by 2005, 1200)
