The Board shall: 1. Issue licenses to qualified and competent persons as professional engineers and professional land surveyors and certify qualified and competent persons as engineer interns and land surveyor interns. 2. Carry out the provisions of this chapter. 3. Upon request, provide information concerning the regulation of the practice of professional engineering and land surveying. (Added to NRS by 1997, 1038)
