1. The Board may require a firm, partnership, corporation or any other person who is not a natural person to register with the Board before engaging in or offering to engage in the practice of professional engineering in this state. The Board may charge a fee of not more than $50 to register pursuant to this section. 2. The Board may adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of this section.
