1. The time and place for the hearing must be fixed by the Board, and notice of the time and place of hearing must be personally served on the person against whom a complaint has been filed with the Board or mailed to the person’s last known address at least 30 days before the date fixed for the hearing. 2. The Board may suspend the license of a licensee without a hearing if the Board finds, based upon evidence in its possession, that the public health, safety or welfare imperatively requires summary suspension of the license and incorporates that finding in its order. If the Board summarily suspends the license of a licensee, a hearing must be held within 30 days after the suspension.
