1. 'Environmental health specialist' means a person who is engaged in the practice of environmental health and who holds a registration as an environmental health specialist issued by the Board pursuant to NRS 625A.110. 2. The term does not include any person to whom the provisions of this chapter do not apply pursuant to NRS 625A.0295, unless the person holds a registration as an environmental health specialist issued by the Board pursuant to NRS 625A.110.
