An applicant for a registration as an environmental health specialist or environmental health specialist trainee shall submit to the Board: 1. A completed application on a form prescribed and furnished by the Board; 2. If not otherwise required by a public employer which employs the applicant, a complete set of fingerprints and written permission authorizing the Board to forward the fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report; 3. The required fee; 4. Proof of the applicant’s educational qualifications, practical training and experience; and 5. All information required to complete the application.
