1. Each natural person who acts in any capacity within a private professional guardian company shall, before acting in any such capacity and not less than once every 5 years thereafter, submit to the Commissioner a complete set of fingerprints and written permission authorizing the Division to forward the fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report. 2. The Division shall maintain a copy of all reports obtained pursuant to this section. 3. The Commissioner shall adopt regulations establishing the amount of any fee required to obtain a report pursuant to this section. All money received by the Commissioner must be placed in the Investigative Account for Financial Institutions created by NRS 232.545. (Added to NRS by 2017, 2424)
