Statute 628b 570

1. After an examination is conducted pursuant to NRS 628B.560, the person who conducted the examination shall prepare a written report of the results of the examination which must be signed by the Commissioner or his or her designee. 2. The written report must contain a true and detailed statement of the financial condition of the private professional guardian company and, if applicable, a full statement of any violations of the provisions of this chapter.
