1. The Commissioner shall provide a copy of a report prepared pursuant to NRS 628B.570 to the president or secretary of the board of directors of the private professional guardian company if the company is a corporation, or to a manager or owner of the private professional guardian company if the company is not a corporation, and may make a copy available to each member of the board of directors or each manager or owner, as applicable. If, in the judgment of the Commissioner, the report discloses any violation of the provisions of this chapter committed by the private professional guardian company, or if it appears from the report that there are certain conditions existing which should be corrected by the private professional guardian company, the Commissioner may, in writing, call the matter to the attention of each member of the board of directors or each manager or owner, with instructions to correct the condition. 2. Upon the preparation of the report as provided in NRS 628B.570, the Commissioner shall also serve a copy thereof to the court having jurisdiction of each protected person of the private professional guardian company.
