1. If the Commissioner finds that probable cause for the revocation of any license exists and that the public interest requires the immediate suspension of the license pending an investigation, the Commissioner may, upon 5 days’ written notice offering the opportunity for a hearing, enter an order suspending the license for a period of not more than 20 days, pending a hearing upon the revocation of the license unless the opportunity for a hearing is waived by the licensee. 2. If the Commissioner enters an order suspending a license pursuant to this section, the Commissioner shall send a copy of the order to each district court in this State. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2360)
