Statute 62b 260

As used in NRS 62B.260 to 62B.280, inclusive, 'licensing authority' means the governmental entity which licenses and regulates a private institution to which a juvenile court commits a child, including without limitation, a facility for the detention of children. (Added to NRS by 2011, 3549)
