Statute 62b 300

The district courts: 1. To the extent specified in this title, shall have and exercise jurisdiction in all proceedings conducted pursuant to this title; and 2. When exercising jurisdiction pursuant to the provisions of this title, shall be termed juvenile courts. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1027)
