Except as otherwise provided in NRS 62F.110, 62F.310 and 62F.340, if a child is subject to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, the juvenile court: 1. May terminate its jurisdiction concerning the child at any time, either on its own volition or for good cause shown; or 2. May retain jurisdiction over the child until the child reaches 21 years of age. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1030; A 2017, 2973)
