In each proceeding conducted pursuant to the provisions of this title, the juvenile court may issue and, upon the request of any party to the proceeding, the clerk of the court shall issue subpoenas that require: (a) The attendance and testimony of witnesses; and (b) The production of records, documents or other tangible objects. 2.
