The juvenile court may permit a child to reside in a residence without the immediate supervision of an adult, exempt the child from mandatory attendance at school so that the child may be employed full-time, or both, if the child: 1. Is at least 16 years of age; 2. Has demonstrated the capacity to benefit from this placement or exemption; and 3. Is under the strict supervision of the juvenile court. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1062)
