Statute 62e 150

1. If the juvenile court commits a child to the custody of a public or private institution or agency, the juvenile court shall: (a) Transmit a summary of its information concerning the child to the institution or agency; and (b) Order the administrator of the school that the child last attended to transmit a copy of the child’s educational records to the institution or agency. 2. The institution or agency to which the child is committed shall provide the juvenile court with any information concerning the child that the juvenile court may require. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1063)
