Statute 62e 180

1. The juvenile court may order a child or the parent or guardian of the child, or both, to perform community service. 2. If the juvenile court orders a child or the parent or guardian of the child, or both, to perform community service pursuant to the provisions of this title, unless the parent or guardian of the child signs a waiver of liability, the authority for which the work is performed shall provide a policy of insurance against liability for personal injury and damage to property or industrial insurance, or both, during those periods in which the work is performed.
