Statute 62e 510

1. If a delinquent child is less than 12 years of age, the juvenile court shall not commit the child to a state facility for the detention of children. 2. If a delinquent child is 12 years of age or older, the juvenile court shall not commit the child to a private institution. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1069; A 2011, 2519)
