1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 62E.560, the juvenile court may order a delinquent child or the parent or guardian of the child, or both: (a) To provide restitution to the victim of any unlawful act committed by the child; or (b) To participate in a program designed to provide restitution to a victim of any unlawful act committed by the child. 2. The juvenile court may establish and administer programs which are designed to provide restitution to victims of unlawful acts committed by delinquent children. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1071)
