Statute 62e 730

1. The juvenile court may order a delinquent child to pay a fine. 2. If a delinquent child is less than 17 years of age, the juvenile court may order the parent or guardian of the child to pay any fines and penalties that the juvenile court imposes for the unlawful act committed by the child. 3. If, because of financial hardship, the parent or guardian is unable to pay any fines and penalties that the juvenile court imposes for the unlawful act committed by the child, the juvenile court may order the parent or guardian to perform community service.
