Statute 62g 200

1. The provisions of NRS 62G.200 to 62G.240, inclusive, apply only to a county: (a) Whose population is 700,000 or more; and (b) Which constitutes a judicial district. 2. If a department of juvenile justice services has been established by ordinance in a judicial district pursuant to NRS 62G.200 to 62G.240, inclusive, the provisions of NRS 62G.300 to 62G.370, inclusive, do not apply to that judicial district for the period the ordinance is in effect.
