1. Not later than December 1 of each year, each department of juvenile services and the Youth Parole Bureau shall submit data and information relating to any proceeding to determine the competency of a child to the Division of Child and Family Services. The information must include, without limitation, for the immediately preceding 12 months: (a) The number of children evaluated for competency; (b) The number of children determined not competent to proceed and the nature of the cause for the lack of competency; (c) The demographic information for each child evaluated for competency; and (d) Any other data or information which is necessary, as determined by the Division of Child and Family Services. 2. The data and information submitted pursuant to subsection 1 must be submitted in a format determined by the Division of Child and Family Services. (Added to NRS by 2021, 2556)
