Statute 63 100

1. For each facility, the position of superintendent of the facility is hereby created. 2. The superintendent of a facility shall administer the provisions of NRS 63.010 to 63.620, inclusive, 63.720, 63.770 and 63.790 subject to administrative supervision by the Administrator of the Division of Child and Family Services.
